What do you do with the clients that do not qualify for financing?
Put them aside? Refer them to a credit company that charges hundreds if not thousands of dollars up front? Or just simply move to the next client.
Why not put them in a system that will get them credit ready for a mortgage and it will pay you a residual income while a professional company works on fixing their credit.
